Chocolate Delight cookies at home.
Requires only 5 ingredients!
Ingredients:
1/2 Cup Smooth Peanut Butter
1/2 Cup Nutella Hazelnut Spread
1 Cup Dark Brown Sugar - Tightly Packed
1 Whole Egg
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1/4 Cup White Chocolate Chips
1/4 Cup Dry Roasted Macadamia Nuts
Kitchen Tools
1 Mixing Bowl
1 Wooden Mixing Spoon
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a baking sheet.
Mix together all the ingredients (besides the chocolate
chips and nuts)
Once the batter is combined, add the chocolate chips and nuts and
stir together
Roll 1 inch balls of the batter and place on the pre-greased
tray (1 inch apart)
Bake for 10 minutes on 350
Let the cookies cool for a few minutes before storing or
eating
Yields 16 gluten free cookies
